Go For Your Annual Physical
It’s time. This is preventive medicine for you and your whole family, and one of the smartest things you can do for your health. It can save your whole family a lot of pain, heartache, expenses, and their lives. So worth it!

 Volunteer
One of the best cures for holiday stress. Take time to volunteer to help others; be it people, animals, or the ocean, or all. It helps you get out of your head, dodge self-pity, and get the much needed and appreciated humble perspective.

Exercise
We move less when it’s cold, dark, raining, or snowing, Try exercising indoors by walking around, going up and down the stairs, and/or boogieing to your favorite music, and take walks whenever you can for at least 20 – 30 minutes to keep your body and mind in top shape.

Don’t Forget Your Gift
Buy yourself a small gift for a job well done this year and surviving the pandemic, along with other issues, and the holidays. Take the time to relax, breathe, and pat yourself on the back. You’ve earned it.

For giving you never ending unconditional love that keeps us sane and alive during crazy times with quirkiness, laughter, joy, and so much fun. Love them right back!
